Coming up on our 20th week, next week I wanted to shift focus on the types of challenges published on Sketch This. Focusing on textures was something I thought would be beneficial for everyone. Creating a texture is a great way to explore color, line work and of course your brush arsenal. So this week, we are focusing on some natural and artificial textures in 6 challenges, 2- 3 tiered challenges. Drawing a texture is an incredible way to warm up as well as help you prepare for a background you might draw later on. Below I have collected a few samples of some textures for you to use as reference photos to complete your work.
